General information

Vacation house, completely renovated in 2005 / 2006 and now featuring top-quality amenities. Aside from its optimal location for winter sports enthusiasts (ski-bus stop right by the house and, in good snow conditions, possibility of skiing all the way back to the house !! ), our guests truly appreciate the family atmosphere of our house. If the day is never long enough for you, you can also go night-skiing or enjoy the floodlit toboggan run right next to the "Aloisia" vacation house. Our house offers a variety of conveniences incl. our breakfast-roll delivery service, i.e. we place freshly baked bread and rolls outside your apartment every morning. The house stands above the town of St. Michael, affording beautiful views and yet still close enough for all the shopping and entertainment opportunities in town( ca. 2-minute drive from downtown). Rooms in the vacation house: 1st floor: 1 double room
shower/WC/SaTV, balcony, and vacation apartment: 1 double room (with cot if desired), 1
large living room/kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove with Ceran range and oven, SaTV,
DVD, Senseo coffee maker, ample crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, 1 double room, 1 single room, 1
bathroom (shower/WC), entrance room = max. 7 people; 2nd (top) floor: 1 double room with SaTV and
vacation apartment: 1 living room/kitchen, fully equipped, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker
Senseo, SaTV, DVD 1 three-bed room, 1 double room, 1 bathroom (shower/WC), 1 separate WC.
Entrance room = max. 7 people. Apartments can also be booked individually! Ski- and ski-boot drying room in-house. In addition to the basic rental price(please refer to website www. haus-aloisia.nl
or www.ferienhaus-aloisia.com) we also charge the following extras: EURO 10.00 per person and week for
final cleaning and Euro 1.10 per night/adult for local tourism taxes.

Additional information

After your booking, we ask for a downpayment. Your booking is fixed, after receive of the downpayment. The booking can be cancelled until 60 days before arrival free of charge.
